What I did today, on the 30th of May 2007 .

I'm writing this because I have nothing to do ... haha... Anyways ...
Woke up around 9.30 today ... ate cheese cake for breakfast and read the papers ... went shower at 10.15 and got ready to go out...
My mom and I went to my cousin's place to pick her up ( it was actually very near) she wanted to try the car my mom was driving (Toyota Rav 4, 2 door) because she didn't want to sell it to her ( cousin) ... haha ....because the car was meant for me to learn 2 years later ... that's why it's MINE !!! MUAHAHAHA ... back to the topic ... Oh yeah ... did I mention my cousin is a hairstylist ? So ...... We went down to Park Royal Hotel , where my another cousins opens his salon , called The Met . My mom wanted to dye her hair ...just 'adding' some colour actually , 'cause the roots are black ...... and I wanted to trim a little ... haha ... My hair's a little bit shorter now ... haa ... only a little and 'not-out-of-shape' as before .
After it was all finished ...we went for lunch ...... then bought 2 albums .... and went to tuition ...
Ate dinner , wrote this , and watched tv.

HOLIDAYS.....

Holidays ...
Bored every single boring day ...
Waking up at 11 was often ,
maybe a little ealier to eat breakfast ...
As I'm waiting for the 31st ...
to finally hang out with my friends ...
hoping to catch some movies ... 2 to precise ...
with milk and the starfish ... throwing popcorn in the cinema ...

A very boring holiday right ???

Projects ...

YAY !!! Finished all the projects in school !!! Civic... Geography... History... and woodcraft ... 'sigh' .... finally it's over ... need to start studying ...( though I know I won't) hehe ...

My Fair Lady.

15th of May 2007 , Tuesday.

Premier of My Fair Lady.

Whoa ..... watching 2 musicals in a week... This time is My Fair Lady ... in KL. Once again , my dad got free tickets from RHB Bank , but this time there was only 2 tickets , so he bought another 2 for my brother and me . It was more of a family type with hilarious scenes .... haha ..... unlike the Phantom , the stage was simple and nice . The Phantom one was much more grand.
The show finished at 11.30 .... including some delays at first of giving some speech ... and intermission . Only managed to get a few hours of sleep that night ... was sleeping my way through in class .... haha .... just kidding , but I did remember falling asleep. Currently finding the soundtrack. The show was good but I still preferred the Phantom(atleast I know the songs better).
Still lazying to do my geography project. Will continue blogging.

Autographs during breakfast .

We were staying in Marina Mandarin (Marina Bay) which was opposite the Esplanade . haha ...... it was also the official hotel for The Phantom of the Opera.... hehe .... Anyways , during breakfast on Friday , me and mom were having breakfast and I spotted some of the cast from the show ... muahahahaha ..... I went back up to the room, grabbed the programme book and went back down to get some signatures . I managed to get signatures from Raoul (John Bowles), Andre , Meg Giry and some other cast. I was hoping to get the Phantom's (Brad Little) and Christine's (Rebecca Pitcher), I got a tip that they would maybe come down at 10.30 , so we waited. John later brought Brad to our table . We had handshakes and got his signature....

Sunday .

Same thing, I waited once again for Rebecca still hoping to get her signature . But unfortunately, she didn't come down . This time , I brought my camera down... and I took a picture with John. Maybe Rebecca didn't come down because she was doing yoga in her room ? She is a certified yoga teacher. I want her signature !

The Journey.

Left KL at about 2.30 after school on Thursday. Very boring journey ..... with a whole lot of stuff beside me ... So I was plating around with the camera .... haha .....

The Phantom of the Opera

11th of May 2007 . Friday .

The Phantom of the Opera.

It was GREAT ! Spectacular ......

I've read the book (not only in school for literature) , watched the movie , heard the songs .... I finally got the chance to watch the musical live . I was 'forcing' my parents to bring me to the show... haha ... Was quite hard to find tickets for the show , especially on weekends . Fortunately .... my dad got free tickets from The American Express Bank in Singapore and YAY !!! finally get to watch it !!! There was a cocktail reception at 6.45 , so we get to have cocktails ... too bad there isn't Singapore Sling ....... Anyways .... had some finger food and cocktails. The show started at 8.15 , it started out like the movie with the auction in the Paris Opera House going on . 1911 , Raoul was sitting in a wheelchair and the auctioner auctioning stuff ... (obviously) . One of the things was the monkey music box thingy which Raoul buys ... after saying some stuff about it , the auctioner then tried to auction off the chandelier under an old cloth saying . haha ... same as the movie , the chandelier then was hung once more on top of the ceiling of the opera house , back to 1870 (Orchestra playing Overture). Nice. Right after the chandelier crashed ( which was quite scary because we were only 5 rows behind the stage, it seemed falling upon us), that it was the end of Act 1 . After a 15 minute break , we got souveniers (got it from the bank). then we got back to the show at 9.30. It ended about 11 , we went out to take some photos ... and went for supper with my brother and his girlfriend.

Teachers.

'sigh' ......... why did the school change our teachers ....... History, Civic, Physical Education and Science ..... miss our old teachers so much ........ was it because we were too noisy ???( hey it wasn't my fault !)'sigh'...........

Fish Bones

I know this is crazy but I have nothing much to blog....

Introducing .... FISH BONES !!!

Rather delicious after deep frying mini pomfret fish... Thanks to the chili paste at the side ( tomyam + balacan) which my mom simply mixed , I manage to finish 2 of them fish ... except for the

eye balls and the bone in the middle .... yes i finished off the head too .... the whole thing ...

Tasty.

Weird.

First thing on my mind ... I have no idea why I created this ... being heartless and cold-blooded ... MAYBE ...
Anyway , here I am sitting in front of the notebook wondering why I'm doing this... I'm not sure what to say... I'll keep it short.
It's already May ... and I'm still not studying . Seriously , I don't think I'm that afraid of the exam in October ... All I'm waiting is the holidays in November ... Suffering here ... Not even a trip to Singapore yet and it's May !!!
And I might be going to Singpore to study if I fail my BM ... Au Voir !
